On Wednesday 11 March, I decided to try the Caesar Salad from the Costco Epping food court.
What You Get
It looks to be premade. The employee grabbed it from what appeared to be the fridge, so keep that in mind. The salad comes with Caesar dressing, cheese, lettuce, and croutons. Pretty straightforward, and easy enough to put together yourself once you have it.
I also grabbed a Mango Smoothie to go with it, which I really enjoyed. It tasted great and paired well with the meal.
The Verdict
It was tasty and honestly a solid healthy option for a food court. If you’re looking for something a bit lighter among the usual food court fare, this is worth considering. I hope Costco adds more healthy options like this in the future.
I liked it and will definitely try it again.
